Suicide Around the Whole World

There is one suicide every sixteen minutes around the world. That’s how often someone kills themselves. There are many reasons to why young and older adults commit suicide. Some do it because they can’t that someone passed away, there on drugs and maybe because there things going on at home. After going on the internet and finding what percentage of suicide where done by drugs, these where my results: 33.3% tested for alcohol, 16.4% for opiates, 9.4% for cocaine, 7.7% for marijuana and 3.9% for amphetamines. Male adults age 75 have the highest rate o suicide. This is because of many of them are ill and is in so much pain and all they want is to be free. So they have no choice but to take their life. When using any kind of material or weapon firearms are the most commonly method of suicide for males and poisoning are the most commonly method of suicide for females. I proposed a survey to ten people, five females and five males and these were their response.
1.) If you choose to commit suicide what stops you?

Arena Wright- The thought of being token away from your family and friends.

Michael McFadden- Thinking they would be sent to hell if they kill themselves.

2.) Once you attempted suicide before, what makes you want
to do it again knowing you are just harming yourself?

Brittany Williams- Being able to be free without being stressed and no drama.

Marquis Reeves- The things that’s going on in your life that you think you can’t bare.

3.) Why is suicide so high among our teens today?

Willie Nickelson- There is so much going with them like maturity, school, and life.

Shakia Upshaw- They yet don’t know how to deal with there emotions and feelings.

4.) Why do people who try to commit suicide think that
Would be the easy way out?

Riannie Williams- They wouldn’t have to worry about nothing they did have to worry about when they were alive.

Xavier Buchana- Death is much easier than living now a days.
