Living in Chicago
Living in Chicago has its ups and downs. You will not be able to live in Chicago without knowing how to protect yourself. There are many dangerous, crazy, and absent minded people there. If you were not born in Chicago, you will never get use to it, not to say people living there are. It’s a disgrace that you have to look around, just to see if any one is trying to run up on you and take your belongings, when walking at night. In Chicago living is very hard. You have to live within your spending limit and neighborhood.
Many people are hesitating to buy house do to the fact of how the neighborhood is looking and its reputation of it. Now today it’s not like all you have to do is say I want this house. You will have to do a whole background check on the neighborhood, the people and if it’s safe enough for you and your family to live there. Which is very sad; when you are supposed to feel safe in your own neighborhood, where else would you feel safe at. Your neighborhood is like your second home, if you don’t protect it, it will fall apart. But in Chicago there’s always someone who thinks they own something, when they don’t. In Chicago what was originally owned by the person who invented it or named after, some one came back around and claimed it as theirs.
Although Chicago may not be the only terrible city, it’s one in the few among killing, rape, drug dealing. Every where you go in Chicago you will see a drug dealer, abandoned building, or an abandoned teenager. There are good things about living in Chicago, but not as much as the bad. You can pay for your rent late, afford an apartment at your budget, and be able to use your link card at any store when wanted, when living in Chicago. Chicago is not as bad as people may make it turn out to be at all.
